Agrotour Development Initiative (PTY) LTD is a Namibian company established in accordance with the company act, Act 61 of 1973 with registration number 2008/0586.  The company is wholly owned by August 26 Holdings Company (Pty) Ltd through the shareholding Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs. Agrotour DI operates as a commercial entity in agribusiness and tourism and is run on sound business principles.

Agrotour DI is the agribusiness and tourism subsidiary of August 26 Holding Company (pty) Ltd, it commenced it is operations in 2011, focusing on a cow/calf production system for the production of quality animal and beef targeting the sister subsidiary companies, food service customers, retailers and general public market. The company is operating its agribusiness wing at Agrotour Ranch, Mangetti East-Kavango West Region.

This agribusiness wing of the company has operated primarily at Agrotour Mangetti Ranch, a large land holding (56,588 hectares). The estate is divided into nine (9) farms of variable sizes, which are further subdivided into 125 camps with an average size of 450 ha.  The current carrying capacity of the whole farm is estimated at 18ha per large stock unit.  Currently, the business holds just over 1,500 beef cattle at Agrotour Mangetti Ranch.
